AbstractWith the opening of China's financial industry to the outside world,foreignbanks are scrambling to compete for market share in the Chinese market.Comparedwith state-owned financial enterprises,most of these foreign banks have richerfinancial resources,more flexible management mechanism and more advancedmanagement concepts.Therefore,the state-owned financial enterprises need to learnfrom and absorb the leading management concepts and corporate culture to improvethe ability to control the market.In fact,due to attract foreign banks advancedmanagement system,rich salary and promotion mechanism is fair,leading to theemergence of a large number of state-owned commercial bank employees of foreignbanks,which is also an important reason for the employee turnover rate is morehigher,people are seriously lacking,is bound to make the development of thestate-owned commercial bank limited.The banking industry is a service industry.Facing the mass personal financialbusiness and the development of corporate finance business,it is inseparable fromthe professional,enthusiastic and patient services of bank employees.Facing thefinancial market with fierce competition,it is always the goal of the bank to get asmany customers as possible and win customers as much as possible.To achievebetter customer experience,it is necessary to rely on the good service quality andservice level of bank employees,and the quality of service is ultimately attributed tothe satisfaction of the employees themselves.In this paper,the industrial and Commercial Bank of L branch network staff asthe research object,through the part of the staff face-to-face interviews andquestionnaires for all network staff to understand the status of job satisfaction of thebranch network,reference data,combined with the theory,on the basis of surveydata analysis,proposed from the work itself,work return and development,leadership and management the working environment,and the background,workingrelationship,enterprise overall perspective to identify problems and found problems,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the situation,
