本科论文AbstractIn recent years,China's market economy has become increasingly prosperous,and theconstruction of enterprise culture is particularly important in the process of enterpriseeconomic development.Corporate culture construction can play a positive role in promotingthe rapid development of China's economy and society.The enterprise culture as the guidinglight of the enterprise is the most advanced business management ideas and wisdom.Acompany without its own corporate culture is often difficult to manage,and without a senseof ownership among its employees,it is difficult for the company to survive in such acompetitive market.If an enterprise wants to continue its development,it must strengthen theefforts and means to build its corporate culture.All the members of the board of directors andordinary employees should realize the importance of corporate culture.In this paper,Beijingfree enterprise as the research object,combined with relevant theories,using the principlesand methods of analyzing and designing the current situation of corporate culture,analysis ofthe current corporate culture of Beijing free enterprise,found the existing problems in Beijingfree enterprise culture,and put forward Suggestions for improvement and implementation ofsecurity strategies.It not only plays a positive role in the sustainable development ofenterprises.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the cultural construction ofother companies.Key words:corporate culture;Cultural construction;Questionnaire;countermeasures
