本科论文AbstractIn the enterprise management,human resource as the first resource of the enterprise hasanimportant position in all resources,and the employee recruitment is the main channel tofresh bloodan enterprise,and also is an important method to obtain for high quality humandemand.Externalrecruitment is the entrance and the front end of 'external talent in enterprisehuman resourcesmanagement,this means that if the enterprise in the recruitment link made amistake,will be pay aheavy price for this mistake in the later.External recruitment determinewhether the composition ofthe enterprises "human"meet the needs of the development ofenterprises,directly affect theenterprise 's management and development.Datong Coal Mine Group is a local,outstanding performance private media enterprise,thecompanyscale and expand in recent years,talent shortage,must through external recruitmenttostrengthen talent team,but the existing external recruitment problems are highlighted day byday,already cannot satisfy the current external recruitment tasks,be badly in need ofimprovement andoptimization.In this paper,based on the external recruitment related theory,draw lessons fromdomestic and foreign relevant research,theory and corporate successstories,selecting the externalrecruitment management of a rapid developing Datong Coal Mine Group toempirical analysis.Taking Datong Coal Mine Group external recruitment management as the research object,using thedata collection,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,statisticalanalysis,to research forexternal recruitment planning,preparation and implementation,personnel selection,staffemployment,achievement evaluation analysis,and their problems,thinking that,the Datong CoalMine Group employees external recruitment management should beadopted to optimize the humanresource planning,improve the external recruitment rules andregulations,strengthen the qualitypromotion of recruitment team,optimization of recruitmentchannels selection strategy,assessmentmode,following the new employees help and leading.There are countermeasures to improve andoptimize the external recruitment management,and puts forward some countermeasures to ensurethat all countermeasures implemented.Through research and analysis,this article to help improvingthe quality of external recruiters,optimization of Datong Coal Mine Group external recruitmentmanagement,and better adapt to companydevelopment demand,help enterprise development.Andit can provide certain reference valueand significance to external recruitment management of othermedia companies.Keywords:Recruitment;Talent;Incentive;Optimization System
