本科论文关键词:培训;知识型员工;培训体系AbstractIn 1959,American management scientist Peter Drucker put forward the concept of"knowledge employee".With the rapid development of the knowledge economy and thecontinuous innovation of science and technology,knowledge workers gradually occupy adominant position in social labor.Due to the rapid change of information,training has becomeone of the important ways for knowledge workers to change with each passing day.Byreviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,this article finds that most knowledgeworkers pay attention to their own development.Therefore,if domestic and foreigncompanies want to pursue sustainable development,they must pay attention to the training ofknowledge workers.In foreign countries,scholars have more research on knowledge-basedemployee training,and companies have a more comprehensive training system and flexibleand diverse training methods;in China,scholars focus more on knowledge-based employeemotivation and mobility research Therefore,there are few relevant training literatures,whichleads to a lot of problems in the training of knowledge workers by a large number ofenterprises.This article takes Love Future (Beijing)Education Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferred to as "Love Future Education")as the research object,and defines related conceptssuch as knowledge workers with the guidance of domestic and foreign knowledge employeetraining related theories.Understand the training status of the company's knowledge-basedemployees through interviews,and conduct an in-depth analysis of the company's trainingstatus using literature survey methods to find out the problems existing in the company'sexisting training system,and through further research,the problems are summarized asknowledge-based The lack of an overall employee training system,a single and outdatedtraining method,improper allocation of training investment resources,and a lack of trainingenthusiasm for employees.The unresolved problems led to the slow development of the
