南昌大学科学技术学院学士学位论文浅析双汇集团的食品安全体系内容摘要:随着我国经济高速发展,食品安全问题越来越引起人们广泛关注,本文从瘦肉精案入手,将双汇集团肉制品食品安全管理体系作为研究对象,在对相关基本概念和理论综述的基础上,根据双汇集团的实际状况,依据HACCP管理体系和IS022000标准对其食品安全管理体系的构建和运行进行了探讨,针对双汇集团如何加强对食品安全的监管以及双汇品牌修复,提出了提高食品安全管理体系有效性的对策以及促进企业食品安全监管的有效政策建议。关键词:双汇集团食品安全监管管理体系建议Analyses of the group of Shuanghui food safety systemAbstract:Along with the rapid economic development,food safety problems caused bymore and more people's attention,on March 15,2011,according to the central television exposure,henan province to the MengZhouShi pig farm animal medicine prohibited "lean lean fine"raisingpig,toxic pork into jiyuan shanghui food Co,LTD.Further investigation analysis found that,inview of the "lean lean fine"the supervision chain seemingly complete,claims to have "18 wayinspection"shut,but in fact hidden dangers of crossing.This article through to remit group meat food safety management system as the researchobject,the basic concept and theory of related review,on the basis of the typical food safetymanagement system model are compared,according to the actual condition of shuanghui group,based on management system and IS022000 HACCP standard of its food safety managementsystem construction and operation,According to how to strengthen the remit group of food safetysupervision and shuanghui brand repair,put forward to improve the effectiveness of the foodsafety management system and the promotion of countermeasures enterprise the supervision offood safety effective policy Suggestions.Keywords:Double assemble group Food safetySupervisionManagement systemSuggestion一、引言
