浅析广西南宁跨境电商发展的现状、问题及对策

ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of the Internet,cross-border e-commerce is animportant measure to implement the new development concept,promoting thetransformation and upgrading of foreign trade and expanding domestic consumption.Nanning,as the permanent host of china-asean expo,is also the intersection ofpan-beibu gulf economic cooperation,greater Mekong sub-regional cooperation andother multi-regional cooperation.Guangxi,as the starting point of China's maritimesilk road,is an important part of China's "One Belt And One Road",a bridgehead forChina to face asean countries,and an export channel for the southwest region ofChina.Against this background,nanning has made great efforts to promote theconstruction of e-commerce system and became one of the third batch of 22 cities inthe comprehensive pilot zone of cross-border e-commerce in 2018.Moreover,systematic planning has been made for the industrial agglomeration area:assisted bynanning airport cross-border e-commerce industrial park and nanning cross-bordertrade center,and with china-asean (nanning)cross-border e-commerce industrial parkas the core,an integrated offline park system oriented to asean has been graduallyformed.In the first half of 2018,the comprehensive inbound and outbound businessof nanning exceeded 1,357,000 orders,with a total value of about us $9.17 million,ofwhich the export value was about us $7.34 million.However,there are still manyproblems in cross-border e-commerce in nanning,guangxi.This paper analyzes the problems existing in cross-border e-commerce innanning,guangxi,and investigates them through theory and practice.Since thereforming and opening up,nanning has become the capital of foreign trade by virtueof its advantageous geographical position,convenient transportation network andadvantaged agricultural industry.However,in recent years,due to the development ofthe Internet,the change of the political and economic environment and the difficultiesin the transformation and other factors,the development of cross-border e-commercein nanning,guangxi is also facing new challenges and opportunities.Therefore,it isurgent to accelerate the development of cross-border e-commerce in nanning,guangxiand the transformation and upgrading of traditional foreign trade.Keywords:nanning,guangxi,cross-border e-commerce,cross-border logistics,cross-border e-commerce
