企业并购协同效应问题的研究一以美的并购东芝为例摘要中国家电产业经过数十年的发展,已经成为世界上最大的家电生产大国,但在技术、品牌等方面,与发达国家相比仍有一定差距。中国的家电行业激竞争烈,市场的饱和、价格的不断攀升、价格战的持续不断等,因此,走出国门是非常有必要的。同时,国外大公司逐步剥离家电业务,进行行业转型,也为国内家电企业承接国际知名品牌的技术创造了机会。本文以美的集团在2016年的一次并购中并购东芝为例,探讨并购后的协同效应。关键词:企业并购:协同效应:美的:东芝AbstractAfter decades of development,China's home appliance industry has become the world'slargest producer of home appliances,but there is still a certain gap with developed countries interms of technology and brand.China's home appliance industry is fiercely competitive,thesaturation of the market,the continuous rise of prices,the continuous price war,etc.,therefore,itis very necessary to go abroad.At the same time,large foreign companies have graduallydivested the home appliance business and carried out industry transformation,which has alsocreated opportunities for domestic home appliance companies to undertake the technology ofinternational well-known brands.This article uses Midea Group's acquisition of Toshiba in a2016 merger and acquisition as an example to explore the synergies after the merger.Key Words:mergers and acquisitions;synergies;Beautiful;Toshiba
