Research on The Application of Talent AssessmentTechnology in Pearl River Delta EnterprisesAbstractWith the rapid development of science and technology,the traditional means of humanresources management can no longer meet the daily management activities of enterprises,andmore and more enterprises in the process of human resources management referred to the talentassessment technology.Enterprises in the pearl river delta region also adapt to the development ofThe Times and apply talent assessment technology to human resource management.The use oftalent assessment,not only to make the tested personnel know their own ability,but also toprovide enterprises in the selection of talent reference,so that the whole recruitment process moreefficient and valuable.Under normal circumstances,the applicant will have several interviewsexperience,so in the future interview he will usually modify the answer in advance to deal withthe interviewer's questions,in view of this,can be added to the process of the interview withdiscrimination questions,through the talent assessment technology to determine the authenticity ofthe interviewer's answers.This paper will start from some enterprises in the pearl river delta,analyze the problems existing in the reference of talent assessment,and put forward correspondingsolutions to promote the development of talent assessment technology in enterprises in the pearlriver delta,and promote the better application of talent assessment in human resources.Key words Pearl river delta enterprises;Talent assessment technology;human resourcemanagement
