本科论文关键词:中小型企业:人才招聘问题;人力资源管理AbstractRecruitment is an important work that affects the healthy development of everyenterprise.With the increasing economic strength and the increasing cost of human resources,small and medium-sized enterprises need more recruitment methods to meet the needs ofenterprise development in order to ensure that enterprises have strong human resources.China's market economy system is gradually improving and reforming,and the scale ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises is expanding and developing,which has become animportant part of China's national economic development.Small and medium-sizedenterprises are the largest and most innovative group in China.Small and medium-sizedenterprises play an important role in China's economic development,market prosperity andemployment rate.However,due to the limitation of capital and the difficulty of introducinghigh-quality talents,especially the limitation of introducing high-quality talents.It hasseriously affected the steady and rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises inChina.If small and medium-sized enterprises want to develop vigorously,they must rely on theinjection of excellent talents.But,there are some problems in the recruitment of talents inmany enterprises,resulting in the inability to recruit suitable talents for the enterprise,or therecruitment of personnel can not meet the current requirements of the company,so thephenomenon of brain drain is widespread.This article mainly discusses more effectivesolutions to the recruitment problems of small and medium-sized enterprises taking Jiaxingproperty company as an example.This study makes full use of the relevant informationcontent of Weipu information,CNKI and human resource management,also studies anddiscusses other research contents and results,making full preparation for this article research.Starting from the concepts of property management and human resources recruitment,this paper refers to the relevant research results of human resources recruitment at home andabroad,and finds that there are many problems in the process of recruitment in small andmedium-sized enterprises.It mainly includes:the recruitment of the position is relativelydifficult,the basic preparation for recruitment of talent is not enough,the interview method issingle and lack of scientific,the recruitment system is not perfect,the staff lack of workbefore the unified training and so on.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes thecauses of the problems,including:the pressure of competition between industries,unreasonable salary setting,unattractiveness,misunderstanding of property work,imperfect
