Operation management analysis and human factors design of newsupermarketAbstractThe main purpose of this design is to meet the shopping needs of consumers and to studythe operation management and human factors design of supermarkets.In the research of thisdesign,it is mainly divided into two parts,one is the operation analysis before the newsupermarket,the other is the human factor design of the internal facilities of the supermarket.In the supermarket operation,we create WBS and use Gantt chart method to manage theproject schedule,then use the house of quality to manage the quality of the supermarket,andfinally analyze the operation of the supermarket according to the literature reference,such ascost analysis,risk analysis,etc.In the aspect of human factor design,we mainly analyze anddesign the space environment inside the supermarket,mainly from the four aspects of color,microclimate,noise and lighting.In addition,for human factors design,we design aconvenient shopping cart for a small number of consumers with children.The design is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is to introduce the significanceof the research,research status and problems;the second chapter is to use project managementcontent and tools to analyze the operation and management of the design;the third chapter isto use human factors engineering to analyze and design the internal space environment of thesupermarket;the last chapter is to use anthropometry design for some consumers withchildren A convenient shopping cart.Keywords:Supermarket operation cost,procurement management,risk management,qualitymanagement,working environment,human body size application
