九润源电子商务企业员工流动管理对企业文化的影响研究

ABSTRACTTitle:Research on the influence of employee turnover management on enterpriseculture in nine emun e-commerce enterprisesABSTRACT::in the era of knowledge based economy,human resource managementhas become an important part of enterprise management.As an important carrier ofknowledge flow,the work of an enterprise has played an important role in the steadydevelopment of enterprises.At the same time,enterprise culture is also an importantmeans to improve the effect of enterprise management.But in the development of theenterprise,the enterprise culture has not played its due value because of the lack ofattention to the enterprise culture and the loss of employees.In this paper,we use themethod of questionnaire to understand the staff management and corporate culturalidentity of nine run e-business enterprises,and put forward some suggestions forimprovement.KEYWORDS:employee mobility;corporate culture;staff mobility management
