武汉科技大学本科华业设计摘要本次设计为建平新财矿业有限公司七矿铁矿100kt/a地下开采设计,设计的主要任务是为建平新财矿业有限公司七矿铁矿设计合理的开拓系统和采矿方法。本次设计主要依据建平新财矿业有限公司七矿铁矿的地质资料、国家相关的法律法规及行业标准,借鉴类似矿山的设计经验,结合CD等软件设计出一套安全、技术、经济的方案。本次设计主要矿区由5个拐点组成,矿区总面积2.932m2。矿区开采最低标高400m,最高标高590m。矿体较连续,厚度稳定且品位变化不大。通过上述矿区和矿体参数,利用CAD等软件设计出一套安全、经济的方案。设计的内容包括:建平新财矿业有限公司七矿铁矿的技术经济比较、矿床开拓系统的设计、采矿方法的对比选择、矿山机械的选型、辅助设施的确定、总图布置、环境保护、安全与工业卫生、土建等。其中开拓系统的设计、采矿方法、机械设备的选型为主要设计内容。在选择采矿方法时,主要对所给年产量、矿体赋存条件、地质条件等因素进行对比分析,确定适合建平新财矿业有限公司七矿铁矿的采矿方法:矿山开拓系统的设计包括地表移动带的圈定、开拓方案对比选择、主要井巷断面及井底车场的设计等。矿山机械设备的选型主要包括矿山提升、通风、运输和排水等设备。结合建平新财矿业有限公司七矿铁矿的地质条件,经过对比分析最终确定的采矿方法主要为浅孔留矿法,开拓方案为下盘竖井开拓。关键词:铁矿:地下开采:下盘竖井开拓:浅孔留矿法武汉科技大学本科华业设计AbstractThis design is focused on the underground mining of the 100kt/a of the SeventhIron Mine of Jianping Xincai Mining Co.,Ltd.The main task of this design isto create a reasonable development system and mining method for the Seventh IronMine of Jianping Xincai Mining Co.,Ltd.The design is primarily based on the geological data of the Seventh IronMine of Jianping Xincai Mining Co.,Ltd.,relevant national laws,regulations,and industry standards.Drawing from the design experience of similar mines,this design utilizes CAD and other software to create a safe,technological,and economical plan.The main mining area is composed of five inflection points,covering a total area of 2.932km'.The minimum mining elevation is 400m,and themaximum is 590m.The ore body is relatively continuous,with stable thicknessand little variation in grade.Based on these mining area and ore body parameters,a safe and economical plan is designed using CAD and other software.The design content includes:technical and economic comparison of theSeventh Iron Mine of Jianping Xincai Mining Co.,Ltd.,design of the depositdevelopment system,comparison and selection of mining methods,selection ofmining machinery,determination of auxiliary facilities,general layout,environmental protection,safety and industrial health,civil engineering,etc.Among them,the design of the development system,mining methods,and selectionof mechanical equipment are the main design elements.In selecting the miningmethod,a comparative analysis is mainly conducted on factors such as the givenannual output,ore body occurrence conditions,and geological conditions todetermine the suitable mining method for the Seventh Iron Mine of Jianping XincaiMining Co.,Ltd.The design of the mine development system includes thedelineation of the surface movement zone,comparison and selection ofdevelopment plans,and the design of the main roadway cross-sections and shaftⅡ武汉科技大学本科华业设计stations.The selection of mining machinery and equipment mainly includes minelifting,ventilation,transportation,and drainage equipment.Based on the geological conditions of the Seventh Iron Mine of JianpingXincai Mining Co.,Ltd.,through comparative analysis,the final determinedmining method is mainly the shallow-hole shrinkage mining method,and thedevelopment plan is the down-dip shaft development method.Key words:Iron;Underground Mining;Shaft Deve
