武汉科技大学本科毕业设计摘要本设计为某磷矿1600ktWa地下开采方案设计,设计的主要任务是为某磷矿设计合理的开拓系统和采矿方法。设计主要依据某磷矿的地质资料、国家相关的法律法规及行业标准,借鉴类似矿山的设计经验,结合CAD等软件设计出一套安全、技术、经济的方案。本设计的开采范围在-100m~+400m内的矿体,设计范围内的矿体储量约为49270kt,矿体属于缓倾斜层状薄矿体,矿山设计服务年限为28年,其中3年为建设期,设计采用下盘斜井开拓,带式输送机提升矿石:副井采用平酮加盲斜坡道,此外,副井兼做进风井,两个回风斜井:矿山采矿方法采用浅孔房柱采矿嗣后充填法,将采场废石用来对采空区进行干式充填:矿区采用两翼对角式通风,选用风机型号为FBDC5.6/11×2,新鲜风流经副井流入各盘区运输巷道,再从各盘区运输巷道流经采区巷道再进入回风斜井:采场地下水经各盘区运输巷道、采区巷道、副井、主斜井流入地下-100水仓,由水泵房8GD90×9型号水泵将水经排水井简集中排出:井下运输采用SP347型号自卸汽车运输,采场采用W-1.5D型号铲运机出矿:预计项目总投资为32081.3万元,正常年利润总额为80758.80万元/a,静态投资回收期为3.52年,盈亏平衡点为18.32%:对矿山相关系统进行设计。通过理论核算,验证某磷矿1600kW开采开拓、运输、通风、排水、压气等系统均满足安全、生产相关要求。关键词:地下开采:某磷矿;斜井开拓:两翼对角式通风:浅孔房柱采矿嗣后充填法武汉科技大学本科毕业设计AbstractThis design is for a multi layer phosphate mine 1600kt/a underground miningdesign,design emphasis in the phosphate mine development system and mining method.The mining range of this design is within-100m~+450m ore body,the ore body reserveswithin the design range is about 49270kt,the ore body belongs to the gently inclined layer thinore body,the mine design service life is 28 years,three years for the construction period,thedesign uses footwall ramp development,belt conveyor to lift the ore,the auxiliary shaft usesadit plus blind ramp.Auxiliary shaft doubles as air inlet shaft,two return air incline shaft,areturn air shaft,a drainage shaft;The mining method adopts the shallow hole room pillar miningwith subsequent filling method,and the stope waste rock is used for dry filling of the goaf.Themining area adopts the central diagonal ventilation,and FBDC5.6/11 X2 fresh air flow isselected to flow into the transportation roadway of each disk area through the auxiliary shaft,and then into the return air inclined shaft and return air shaft from the transportation roadwayof each disk area.The underground water of the stope flows into the -100m water silounderground through the transportation roadway,mining roadway,auxiliary shaft and mainramp,and the water is discharged by the 8GD90X9 pump of the water pump room through thedrainage shaft.SP347 dump truck is used for underground transportation,and WJ-1.5Dscraper is used for mining in the stope.The total investment of theproject is expected to be 32081.3 million Yuan.The total normal annual profit is 80758.80million yuan /a,the static payback period is 3.52 years,and the break-even point is 18.32%.The mine related system is designed briefly.Through theoretical calculation,it is verified that 1600kt/aminingdevelopment,transportation,ventilation,drainage,gas pressure and other systems of aphosphate mine meet the safety and production requirements.Key words:Underground mining;Phosphorite;Diagonal wing ventilation;Shallow hole chamber and pillar mining with subsequent filling method武汉科技大学本科毕业设计目录附图.VIII1总论.11.1设计依据及原则1.1.1设计依据11.1.2设计原则11.2项目概况及建设条件1.2.1项目概况11.2.2建设条件21.3综合技术经济指标22技术经济2.1概述2.2企业组织及定员2.2.1职工定员分类32.2.2劳动定员2.3资金与资金筹措62.3.1固定资产投资62.3.2流动资金62.3.3总投资62.4成本与费用72.4.1成本计算说明2.4.2总成本费用72.5收入与税金92.5.1经济计算年限92.5.2销售收入.92.5.3税金及税率92.5.4损益计算102.6财务分析」112.6.1现金流
