武汉科技大学本科毕业设计摘要本设计为陈冲砂岩矿年产3000kW矿石露天开采方案设计,设计的主要目的是根据要求为陈冲沙岩矿设计合理的开采方法和开拓方案。广东省四会市大沙镇陈冲矿区区内矿石主要为砂岩。根据风化程度不同包含残积坡、强风化、中风化和微风化砂岩矿。其中残积坡为需剥离的腐土,强风化和中风化砂岩用作回填用砂岩矿,微风化砂岩用作建筑用砂岩矿,其呈中厚层状,矿体长度约1108,宽约457m,矿体与围岩为同一岩性的砂岩矿。矿区面积:0.49m2:矿区范围由1~5号拐点圈闭。本设计的内容包括:(1)完成了矿床地质特征的研究、露天开采境界的设计、矿山生产能力校核:确定矿山开采高度为-30m~+302m,最低开采深度标高为-30m,确定最小底宽24m,开采年限为42年:(2)完成了矿山开拓工程及运输设计、矿山开采工艺设计、矿山排土排水工作安排:确定了本矿开拓运输方式为公路-汽车运输开拓,开采方法为自上而下水平分台阶露天开采,开采工作线主要沿矿体走向布置,垂直矿体走向推进,排土方式为汽车运输推土机排土,排水方式为自流排水和机械排水:(3)完成了矿山机械设备选型、矿山的总平面布置、矿岩采剥计划安排、矿山的环境保护、矿山安全与工业卫生、并进行概算的编制和技术经济分析等工作。通过计算,确定总投资为5047.69万元,达产年销售收入为6601.6万元,税金金额为1526.86万元,静态投资回收期为9.42年,动态投资回收期为11.68年。内部收益率为11.62%。其中主要以露天开采境界的设计、矿山开拓运输设计、矿山采矿机械设备的选型、技术经济分析为主。关键词:陈冲砂岩矿:山坡一凹陷露天矿开采:敏感性分析:公路开拓运输:微差爆破武汉科技大学本科毕业设计AbstractThis design is for Chenchong sandstone mine annual output of 3000kt/a ore open pitmining program design,the main purpose of the design is to design a reasonable mining methodand development program for Chenchong sandstone mine according to the requirements.Chenchong mine in Dasha Town,Sihui City,Guangdong Province,the ore is mainlysandstone.According to the different degree of weathering contains residual slope,strongweathering,medium weathering and slightly weathered sandstone mine.Among them,theresidual slope is the humus to be stripped,the strongly weathered and medium weatheredsandstone is used as sandstone mine for backfilling,and the slightly weathered sandstone isused as sandstone mine for construction,which is in the form of medium-thick layer,with thelength of the ore body of about 1108m and the width of about 457m,and the ore body and thesurrounding rock are sandstone mines of the same lithology.Mine area:0.49km2;the scope ofthe mine is circled by inflection points 1~5.The contents of this design include:(1)Completed the study of geological characteristics ofthe deposit,the design of the openpit mining boundary,and the calibration of the production capacity of the mine;determined themining height of the mine to be-30m~+302m,the lowest mining depth elevation to be-30m,the minimum bottom width to be 24m,and the mining life to be 42 years;(2)Completed the mine development engineering and transportation design,mine miningprocess design,mine drainage work arrangement;determined the mine development andtransportation mode for road-automobile transport development,mining method for top-downhorizontal sub-step open-pit mining,mining line is mainly arranged along the course of the orebody,vertical ore body towards the advancement of the discharge mode for car transport-bulldozer discharge,drainage for self-flowing drainage and mechanical drainage.Drainagemethods are self-flowing drainage and mechanical drainage;武汉科技大学本科毕业设计(3)The selection of mining machinery and equipment,the general layout of the mine,thearrangement of the mining and stripping plan,the environmental protection of the mine,thesafety and industrial hygiene of the mine,and the preparation of budget estimates and technicaland economic analyses have been comple
