武汉科技大学本科华业设计摘要本次设计为铁坑铁矿900kt/地下开采设计,设计的主要任务是为铁坑铁矿设计合理的开采方法和开拓方案。设计的主要思路是通过已有的铁坑铁矿的相关资料,按照国家相关规定,根据本科期间所学相关专业知识,并参考国内外相似规模的地下开采现状,选择和确定适当的采矿参数,并结合实际情况以及AutoCAD和3 DMine等软件按照要求设计出一个经济上合理、技术上可行的利于地下开采的最佳方案。本设计针对矿区范围内的矿体进行了方案设计,开采深度范围为-80m-680m。开采范围内主要矿体为D1,为倾斜厚矿体,长约1400m。设计的内容包括:铁坑铁矿的技术经济比较、矿床开拓系统的设计、采矿方法的对比选择、矿山机械的选型、辅助设施的确定、总图布置、环境保护、安全与工业卫生、土建等。其中开拓系统的设计、采矿方法、机械设备的选型为主要设计内容。在选择采矿方法时,主要对所给年产量、矿体赋存条件、地质条件等因素进行对比分析,确定适合铁坑铁矿的采矿方法:矿山开拓系统的设计包括地表移动带的圈定、开拓方案对比选择、主要井巷断面及井底车场的设计等。矿山机械设备的选型主要包括矿山提升、通风、运输和排水等设备。本设计的主要参数有设计年产量为900ka,开拓方式为下盘竖井开拓,采矿方法为中深孔分段崩落阶段矿房嗣后充填法,通风方式为中央对角式分区通风,开采范围为-80m-680m,可开采储量为15030.87万t,可采年限为167年。年销售收入27675.00万元,年增值税金及附加3314.26元/a,年利润总额2861.10万元/a:年企业所得税715.275万元/a,年税后利润2145.825万元/:静态投资回收期7.23年,动态投资回收期14.14年,财务净现值为2315797.00万元,内部收益率为19.77%,验证该方案是技术上可行的、经济上合理的。关键词:铁坑铁矿:地下开采:下盘竖井开拓:充填采矿法:技术经济分析1武汉科技大学本科华业设计AbstractThe current design pertains to the subterranean exploitation of the Tiekeng iron oredeposit,with an annual extraction quota of 900 kilotons.The principal objective of the designis to formulate a rational mining methodology and exploration strategy for the Tiekeng ironore deposit.The conceptual underpinning of the design is to leverage existing data pertaining to theTiekeng iron ore deposit,in compliance with national regulations,grounded in the pertinentacademic knowledge acquired during undergraduate education,and informed by the extantpractices of underground mining operations of comparable magnitude both domestically andinternationally.The aim is to select and ascertain suitable mining parameters,and to integrateactual conditions with software applications such as AutoCAD and 3DMine,to architect anoptimal scheme that is economically viable and technically sound for subterranean miningoperations.The schematic design is targeted at the orebody within the mining concession,with thedepth of exploitation extending from-80m to -680m.The principal orebody within the scopeof exploitation is designated as D1,characterized as a gently inclined orebody,with anapproximate length of 1400 meters.The design encompasses a spectrum of elements,including a comparative technical andeconomic analysis of the Tiekeng iron ore deposit,the architectural design of the miningexploration system,a comparative evaluation and selection of mining techniques,thespecification of mining machinery,the determination of ancillary facilities,the master layout,environmental conservation measures,safety and industrial health protocols,and civilengineering considerations.The design of the exploration system,the selection of miningtechniques,and the specification of mining machinery constitute the core components of thedesign.In the selection of the mining technique,a comparative analysis is primarilyconducted,taking into account the stipulated annual production volume,the geological andmineral deposit characteristics,and other pertinent factors,to ascertain a mining techniquethat is appropriate for the Tiekeng iron ore deposit.The design of the mining explorations
