武汉科技大学本科华业设计摘要本次设计为某铁矿3050kWa地下开采方案设计,设计的主要任务是为某铁矿设计合理的开拓系统和采矿方法。本次设计主要依据某铁矿的地质资料、国家相关的法律法规及行业标准,借鉴类似矿山的设计经验,根据本科期间所学的专业知识,结合CAD等工业软件,在保证安全的前提下设计出一套技术上可行,经济上合理的方案。本设计针对某铁矿-500m以上的Ⅱ、Ⅲ号矿体进行地下开采方案设计,矿体总体走向为292°,倾向为206°,倾角为30-60°,平均厚度约50m,矿区构造复杂,金属矿物主要是磁铁矿(FeO4),其次为黄铁矿(FeS2)。本设计完成了某矿山地质特征研究、矿山生产能力校核、矿山开拓方案设计、矿山机械设备选型、矿山采矿方法设计、矿山排土排水方式、矿山开采计划安排、矿山的总平面布置、辅助设施设计、矿山环境保护和矿山安全、概算和技术分析等内容。其中以开拓方案设计、采矿方法设计和机械设备选型为主。通过研究,本设计矿山选择的开拓方式为下盘竖井联合斜坡道开拓,设有主井用于提升矿石,副井用于提升人员设备兼作进风井,另设有东、西两风井用作回风,采矿方法为无底柱分段崩落法,阶段高度为100m,排水方式为集中式排水,各阶段涌水经泄水井排入-500阶段的水仓中,经由水泵房排至地表,通风方式中央对角式,各阶段采用铲运机出矿,直流架线式电机车牵引矿车运输。通过计算,该矿山总投资为183262.73万元,销售收入为133110.42万元/a,静态投资回收期6.78年(含建设期2年),动态投资回收期8.77年(含建设期2年),财务净现值为124755.60万元,内部收益率为14%,盈亏平衡点为18.37%,验证了该方案在技术上可行,经济上合理。关键词:金属矿:地下开采:竖井联合斜坡道开拓:无底柱分段崩落法:中央对角式1武汉科技大学本科华业设计AbstractThis design is a 3050kt/a underground mining scheme for an iron ore mine.The maintask of the design is to design a reasonable development system and mining method for aniron ore mine.This design is mainly based on the geological data of an iron ore mine,relevantnational laws and regulations and industry standards,drawing on similar mine designexperience,according to the professional knowledge learned during the undergraduate period,combined with industrial software such as CAD,under the premise of ensuring safety todesign a set of technically feasible and economically reasonable scheme.This design for an iron ore mine above -500m II,IlI ore body underground miningscheme design,the overall trend of the ore body is292°,the inclination is206°,theinclination is 30-60,the average thickness is about 50m,the structure of the mining area iscomplex,metal ore is mainly magnetite(Fe304),followed by pyrite(FeS2).The design has completed the study of geological characteristics of a mine,minecapacity verification,mine development plan design,mine machinery and equipmentselection,mine mining method design,mine drainage,mine mining plan arrangement,minegeneral layout,auxiliary facilities design,mine environmental protection and mine safety,budget estimate and technical analysis.Among them,the pioneering scheme design,miningmethod design and mechanical equipment selection are the main.According to the research,the mine development mode selected in this design is thefootwall shaft combined with slope development,with the main shaft used to lift ore,theauxiliary shaft used to lift personnel and equipment and the air intake shaft,and the east andwest air shafts used as return air.The mining method is segmsegmed room with subsequentfilling method,and the drainage method is centralized drainage,and the water gushing at eachstage is discharged into the water silo at -500m stage through the drainage well.It isdischarged to the surface through the water pump room,the ventilation mode is centraldiagonal,and the mining car is drawn by the scraper at each stage,and the DC trolley typeelectric locomotive is used for transportation.Through calculation,the total investment of the mine is 1,832,627,300 yuan,t
