武汉科技大学本科华业设计摘要本次设计为某铁矿2950kWa地下开采方案设计,设计的主要任务是为某铁矿设计合理的开拓系统和采矿方法。本次设计主要依据某铁矿的地质资料、国家相关的法律法规及行业标准,借鉴类似矿山的设计经验,根据本科期间所学的专业知识,结合CAD等工业软件,在保证安全的前提下设计出一套技术上可行,经济上合理的方案。本设计针对某铁矿-500m以上的Ⅱ、Ⅲ号矿体进行地下开采方案设计,矿体总体走向为292°,倾向为206°,倾角为30-60°,平均厚度约50m,矿区构造复杂,金属矿物主要是磁铁矿(FeO4),其次为黄铁矿(FeS2)。本设计完成了某矿山地质特征研究、矿山生产能力校核、矿山开拓方案设计、矿山机械设备选型、矿山采矿方法设计、矿山排土排水方式、矿山开采计划安排、矿山的总平面布置、辅助设施设计、矿山环境保护和矿山安全、概算和技术分析等内容。其中以开拓方案设计、采矿方法设计和机械设备选型为主。通过研究,本设计矿山选择的开拓方式为下盘竖井联合斜坡道开拓,设有主井用于提升矿石,副井用于提升人员设备兼作进风井,另设有东、西两风井用作回风,采矿方法为分段矿房嗣后充填法,排水方式集中式排水,各阶段涌水经泄水井排入-500m阶段的水仓中,经由水泵房排至地表,通风方式两翼对角式,各阶段采用铲运机出矿,直流架线式电机车牵引矿车运输。通过计算,该矿山总投资为122832.1万元,销售收入为183032.1万元a,静态投资回收期4.83年(含建设期4年),动态投资回收期4.89年(含建设期4年),财务净现值为3119554.25万元,内部收益率为56.93%,盈亏平衡点为5.96%,验证了该方案在技术上可行,经济上合理。关键词:金属矿:地下开采:竖井联合斜坡道开拓:分段矿房嗣后充填法:两翼对角式1武汉科技大学本科华业设计AbstractThe main task of this design is to design a reasonable exploitation system and miningmethod for an iron ore mine 29500kt/a underground mining scheme.The design is mainlybased on the geological data of an iron ore mine,relevant national laws and regulations andindustry standards,the design experience of similar mines,the professional knowledgelearned during the undergraduate period,and the combination of CAD and other industrialsoftware to design a technically feasible and economically reasonable plan under the premiseof ensuring safety.This design is for an iron ore mine-500m above the II and III ore body for undergroundmining plan design,the overall direction of the ore body is2g2°,tendency is206°,dip angleof 30 ~60,the average thickness of about 50m,the mine area tectonic complex,metalminerals are mainly magnetite(Fe,O4),followed by pyrite(FeS2).The design has completed the study of geological characteristics of a mine,minecapacity verification,mine development plan design,mine machinery and equipmentselection,mine mining method design,mine drainage,mine mining plan arrangement,minegeneral layout,auxiliary facilities design,mine environmental protection and mine safety,budget estimate and technical analysis.Among them,the pioneering scheme design,miningmethod design and mechanical equipment selection are the main.Through the study,the design of the mine selected the development method for the lowerplate shaft joint ramp development,with the main shaft for lifting ore,secondary shaft forlifting personnel and equipment as well as the intake shaft,and the other two east and westwind shafts for the return wind,mining method for the deep hole rock drilling section roomafter the subsequent filling method,drainage method centralized drainage,each stage of thegushing water through the drainage shaft into the -500m stage of the water warehouse,through the pump room to the surface,ventilation method two wings of the diagonal type,each stage of the shovel machine out of the mine,DC wire frame type motor car traction minecar transportation.Through calculation,the total investment of the mine is 1,228,321,000 yuan,the salesrevenue is 1,830,321,000 yuan/a,the static payback period is 4.83 years (i
