武汉科技大学本科毕业设计摘要本设计针对某铁矿-670m以上的急倾斜厚矿体进行年产2800kt/a的地下开采设计,设计主要任务是为某铁矿设计合理的开拓系统和采矿方法。为完成矿床地质特征的研究、开拓方案的设计、采矿方法的选择、矿山生产能力校核、矿山机械设备选型、矿山开采工艺设计、矿山基建计划安排、矿山总平面布置、矿山的环境保护、矿山安全、概算的编制等,其中主要以矿山开拓方法及矿石运搬的设计、矿山采矿机械设备的选型为主,完成年产量为2800kt/的地下开采设计。经过研究,确定本设计开采范围为-70-670m,设计开采矿石矿量90142651.83kt,服务年限总产期63年(其中6年基建期):采用下盘竖井开拓辅助斜坡道开拓,含竖井两个、斜坡道一个、风井两个;回采选用分段凿岩阶段矿房嗣后充填法:设计矿区采用DK40-8-No.25型号主扇进行分区两翼对角压入式通风,新鲜风流由副井和斜坡道进入,经各阶段工作面清洗后,由上一阶段回风巷道分别流至南北风井排出地表:采用集中排水方式,各采场地下水流经阶段运输巷道、石门通过泄水井集中流至-680m阶段水仓,由水泵房D300-150A型号水泵集中排出:采场装矿使用Too1400D型号柴油铲运机出矿,将运送至阶段溜井,由CJY14-9G型号电机车将矿石运送至主溜井:设计矿山安全技术及工业卫生,提出矿山安全相关要求及措施。通过计算,确定项目总投资261794.50万元,正常年利润总额36400.99万元,正常年投资利润率13.91%,投资利税率14.22%,财务内部收益率为7.42%,静态投资回收期15.53年(含建设期6年),盈亏平衡点为8.64%。该方案技术可行,经济合理。关键词:铁矿:地下开采:下盘竖井开拓辅助斜坡道开拓:分段矿房嗣后充填采矿法:两翼对角式通风武汉科技大学本科华业设计AbstractThis design is aimed at underground mining with an annual output of 2800kt/a for asteeply inclined thick ore body above -670m in a certain iron mine.The main task of thedesign is to design a reasonable development system and mining method for a certain ironmine.To complete the research on geological characteristics of ore deposits,design ofdevelopment plans,selection of mining methods,verification of mine production capacity,selection of mining machinery and equipment,design of mining processes,arrangement ofmine infrastructure plans,general layout of mines,environmental protection of mines,minesafety,and preparation of budget estimates,etc.,the main focus is on the design of miningdevelopment methods and ore transportation,as well as the selection of mining machineryand equipment,Complete the underground mining design with an annual production capacityof 2800kt/a.After research,it has been determined that the mining range of this design is-70~-670m,with a designed ore mining volume of 90142651.83kt and a total service life of 63 years(including 6 years of infrastructure period);Adopting footwall vertical shaft development toassist in ramp development,including two vertical shafts,one ramp,and two air shafts;Thesublevel drilling stage and subsequent filling method are used for mining;The design of themining area adopts the DK40-8-No.25 main fan for zoned diagonal compression ventilationwith two wings.Fresh air enters from the auxiliary shaft and ramp,and after cleaning theworking faces in each stage,flows from the previous stage return air tunnel to the north andsouth air shafts and is discharged from the surface;Adopting a centralized drainage method,the groundwater in each mining area flows through the stage transportation roadway and thecrosscut to the-680m stage water tank through a drainage well,and is centrally discharged bythe D300-150A model water pump in the water pump room;Toro1400D diesel scraper is usedfor ore loading in the stope,which will be transported to the stage pass,and CJY14-9Gelectric locomotive will transport the ore to the main pass;Design mine safety technology andindustrial hygiene,propose mine safety related requirements and measures.Through calculation,it i
