武汉科技大学本科华业设计摘要本次设计为某磷矿,年产1500kt地下开采设计,设计的主要任务是根据相关地质资料及国家和矿山对于采矿技术和环境要求,为此磷矿设计合理的开拓系统和采矿方法,并计算经济效益。本次设计的主体思路是按照国家的相关规定和行业准则,根据所给出的磷矿的详细地质资料和大学期间所学采矿专业知识,并参考国内外相似规模的矿山采矿现状,选择适当的采矿方式方法及参数,从而按照要求设计出一套技术上可行、经济上合理、实施上安全的切合实际情况的利于开采的方案。设计采用AutoCAD绘图软件完成相关平面设计。设计的主要内容包括:矿山概况、技术经济比较、矿山开拓系统设计、采矿方法的对比选择、采矿机械设备选型、总平面布置、矿山辅助设施确定、劳动安全卫生与环境保护、土建工程量的计算,其中主要以研究采矿方法的对比选择与优化、矿山开拓系统设计和采矿机械设备选型为主。在采矿方法的选择中主要通过矿岩性质、矿体赋存情况、年产量、及对于本矿山各种采矿方法的可行性研究来确定。结合当地地形地质,矿岩性质,经过对比分析最终确定的开拓方案为斜井一斜坡道联合开拓,采矿方法为房柱法。此外,本设计还对此次设计项目进行经济可行性研究,通过对本矿的工程概算和技术经济评价,确定在此种开拓方式、采矿方法、设备选型以及矿石价格情况下,该整套设计方案可行。关键词:某磷矿;地下开采;斜井一斜坡道联合开拓:房柱法武汉科技大学本科华业设计AbstractThis design is for a phosphate mine with an annual output of 1500kt underground miningdesign.The main task of the design is to design a reasonable development system and miningmethod for the phosphate mine according to the relevant geological data and the miningtechnology and environmental requirements of the country and the mine,and calculate theeconomic benefits.The main idea of this design is to select the appropriate mining methods and parameters inaccordance with the relevant national regulations and industry guidelines,according to thedetailed geological data of phosphate rock given and the mining expertise learned in college,and with reference to the mining status quo of similar scale mines at home and abroad.Therefore,according to the requirements of the design of a set of technically feasible,economically reasonable,safe implementation of the actual situation and conducive to miningprograms.Design using AutoCAD drawing software to complete the relevant graphic design.The main contents of the design include:Mine overview,technical and economic comparison,mine development system design,mining method comparative selection,mining machineryand equipment selection,general layout,mine auxiliary facilities determination,labor safetyand health and environmental protection,civil engineering quantity calculation,which ismainly to study the comparative selection and optimization of mining methods,minedevelopment system design and mining machinery and equipment selection.The selection ofmining method is mainly determined by the property of ore rock,occurrence of ore body,annual output,and feasibility study of various mining methodsCombined with the local topography,geology,mineral and rock properties,thedevelopment plan is finally determined through comparative analysis for inclined shaft andslope joint development,and the mining method is room and pillar method.In addition,this design also carries on the economic feasibility study of the design project,through the project budget estimate and technical and economic evaluation of the mine,it isdetermined that the whole set of design scheme is feasible under the condition of suchⅡ武汉科技大学本科华业设计development mode,mining method,equipment selection and ore price.Keywords:A phosphate rock;Underground mining;Inclined shaft and slope jointdevelopment;Room-and-pillar method武汉科技大学本科华业设计目录1总论1.1地理位置1.2设计基础资料.21.2.1设计对
