武汉科技大学本科华业设计摘要本次设计为尖村铁矿450kt/a地下开采设计,设计的主要任务是为尖村铁矿设计合理的开拓系统和采矿方法。本次设计主要依据尖村铁矿的地质资料、国家相关的法律法规及行业标准,借鉴类似矿山的设计经验,结合CAD和3 DMine等软件设计出一套安全、技术、经济的方案。设计的内容包括:尖村铁矿的技术经济比较、矿床开拓系统的设计、采矿方法的对比选择、矿山机械的选型、辅助设施的确定、总图布置、环境保护、安全与工业卫生、土建等。其中开拓系统的设计、采矿方法、机械设备的选型为主要设计内容。在选择采矿方法时,主要对所给年产量、矿体赋存条件、地质条件等因素进行对比分析,确定适合尖村铁矿的采矿方法:矿山开拓系统的设计包括地表移动带的圈定、开拓方案对比选择、主要井巷断面及井底车场的设计等。矿山机械设备的选型主要包括矿山提升、通风、运输和排水等设备。本设计的主要参数:设计开采范围110m~350m,阶段高度为60m,共5个阶段。可开采储量为15734t,设计年产量为450kt/a,开拓方式为下盘竖井开拓,可采年限为35年。年销售收入19132.62万元,年增值税金及附加2870.96万元/a,年利润总额8128.81万元/a:年企业所得税2032.20万元/a:年税后利润6096.60万元/a:结合尖村铁矿的地质条件,经过经济对比分析最终确定的采矿方法主要为上向进路充填法。关键词:铁矿:地下开采;中央竖井开拓:充填采矿法:中央对角式通风:武汉科技大学本科华业设计AbstractThis design is designed for 450kt/a underground mining of Jiancun Iron Mine.The maintask of the design is to design a reasonable development system and mining method forJiancun Iron Mine.This design is mainly based on the geological data of Jiancun Iron Mine,relevantnational laws,regulations and industry standards,drawing on the design experience of similarmines,and combining CAD and 3DMine software to design a set of safe,technical andeconomical schemes.The design contents include:technical and economic comparison of Jiancun Iron Mine,design of deposit development system,comparative selection of mining methods,selection ofmining machinery,determination of auxiliary facilities,general layout,environmentalprotection,safety and industrial hygiene,civil engineering,etc.Among them,the design ofdevelopment system,mining method and selection of mechanical equipment are the maindesign contents.When selecting mining method,the given annual output,ore body occurrenceconditions,geological conditions and other factors are compared and analyzed to determinethe mining method suitable for Jiancun Iron Mine.The design of mine development systemincludes the delineation of surface movement zone,the comparison and selection ofdevelopment schemes,the design of main shaft sections and bottom yards,etc.The selectionof mining machinery and equipment mainly includes mine hoisting,ventilation,transportationand drainage equipment.The main parameters of this design:the designed mining range is 110m~350m,and thestage height is 60m,including five stages.The exploitable reserve is 15734kt,and thedesigned annual output is 450 kt/a.The development method is footwall shaft development,and the recoverable life is 35 years.The annual sales income is 191,326,200 yuan,the annualvalue-added tax and surcharge is 28,709,600 yuan /a,and the total annual profit is 81,288,100yuan/a;The annual enterprise income tax is 20.322 million yuan/a;The annual after-tax profitis 60.966 million yuan/a;Combined with the geological conditions of Jiancun Iron Mine,after economiccomparative analysis,the final mining method is mainly medium-deep hole room pillar fillingmethod.Keywords:iron ore;Underground mining;Central shaft development;Filling mining method;Central diagonal ventilation;Ⅱ武汉科技大学本科毕业设计目录1总论11.1地理交通位置1.2设计基础资料1.2.1设计任务及设计规模1.2.2设计依据1.2.3设计原则1.3建设条件1.3.1地
