武汉科技大学本科毕业设计摘要本次设计的对象为某多层磷矿500kt/地下开采设计,根据相关的地质资料、国家和矿山的规章制度、采矿设计规范,设计开拓系统和采矿方法,依据AutoCAD软件绘制所需图形,补充完善设计说明书,在保证安全的前提下设计出一套技术上可行,经济上合理的矿山生产方案。本设计针对某磷矿650m~450m范围内F1东侧的Ph22矿层进行地下开采方案设计,矿体走向为北东,倾角为4°~10°,平均厚度约9.32m,矿区构造复杂,矿物主要是磷矿(P2O5)。本设计完成了某矿山地质特征研究、矿山生产能力校核、矿山开拓方案设计、矿山机械设备选型、矿山采矿方法设计、矿山排水方式、矿山开采计划安排、矿山的总平面布置、辅助设施设计、矿山环境保护和矿山安全、概算和技术分析等内容。其中以开拓方案设计、采矿方法设计和机械设备选型为主。通过研究,本设计矿山选择的开拓方式为斜坡道开拓,设有东、西两风井用作回风,各阶段采用铲运机出矿,矿用汽车运输,采矿方法为房柱法,排水方式为机械排水,各阶段涌水经回风巷道排入500m阶段的水仓中,经由水泵房排至地表,通风方式两翼对角式。此外,本设计还对此次设计项目进行经济可行性研究,通过对本矿的工程概算和技术经济评价,确定在此种开拓方式、采矿方法、设备选型以及矿石价格情况下,该整套设计方案可行。关键词:某多层磷矿:地下开采:斜坡道开拓:房柱法武汉科技大学本科毕业设计AbstractThe object of this design is a multi-layer phosphate mine 500kt/a undergroundmining design,according to the relevant geological data,national and mine rules andregulations,mining design specifications,design development system and miningmethod,based on AutoCAD software to draw the required graphics,supplement andimprove the design specification,in the premise of ensuring safety design a set oftechnically feasible,Economically reasonable mine production plan.In this design,the underground mining scheme is designed for the Ph22 ore layeron the east side of FI in the range of 650m~450m of a phosphate mine.The ore bodystrikes to the northeast,.the inclination is2l0°-280°,the inclination is30-60°,and theaverage thickness is about 9.32m.The structure of the mine is complex,and the mineralis mainly phosphate rock (P205).The design completed the geological characteristics of a mine,mine productioncapacity verification,mine development scheme design,mining machinery andequipment selection,mining method design,mine drainage mode,mining planningarrangement,mine general layout,auxiliary facilities design,mine environmentalprotection and mine safety,budget and technical analysis and other contents.Amongthem,the development scheme design,mining method design and mechanicalequipment selection are the main.Through research,the design of the mine selected for the development of sloperoad development,with east and west two air Wells used as return air,each stage usingscraper mining,mining truck transport,mining method for the room column method,drainage method for mechanical drainage,water gusher at each stage through thedrainage well into the 500m stage of the water tank,through the water pump room tothe surface,ventilation mode of two wings diagonal.In addition,this design also carries on the economic feasibility study of the designproject,through the project budget estimate and technical and economic evaluation of武汉科技大学本科毕业设计the mine,it is determined that the whole set of design scheme is feasible under thecondition of such development mode,mining method,equipment selection and oreprice.Keywords:Amultilayer phosphate mine;Underground mining;Slopedevelopment;Room and pillar methodⅢ武汉科技大学本科毕业设计目录1总论1.1地理位置1.2设计基础资料1.2.1设计对象1.2.2设计依据1.2.3设计原则1.3建设条件」1.3.1地质资源1.3.2气候及水文地质21.4工程概况1.41地质构造1.4.2工程规模21.4.3技术经济31.4.4开拓.1.4.5采矿方法1.4.6通风与排水系统2技术经济42.1劳动定员与劳动生产率2.2资金及资金筹措52.2.
