北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计An Annual Autput of 900,000 Flame Retardant MotorJunctionBoxes for Designing The Production ProcessAbstractMotor junction box is a kind of protection for connecting cables with cables,which isin great demand in the electronic circuit industry,but has few industrial materials.In orderto break the inherent traditional technology and promote the development of junction boxindustry,this design adopts PPO/HIPS as a new material to make flame retardant motorjunction box.The main research direction of this design is to adjust and modify the formulaand design the industrial production route of the new motor junction box.Through thesearch of literature,select the motor junction box production process route and productionmethod,determine the use of extrusion mixing,injection molding method into finishedproducts,and draw the process flow chart.The material requirements of each materialcomponent were calculated as follows:PPO55.37t,HIPS103.58t,TPP33.66t,SBS7.77t,Talc 25.90t,Antioxidant 1010 1.29t,Antioxidant 1681.29t.Select the extruder granulator,injection molding machine and other auxiliary equipment that meet the productionrequirements.According to the equipment,the power consumption required in the designyear is calculated to be 1042235.08kwh,and the annual water consumption of the plant isestimated to be 10000m.Workshop layout and workshop layout are designed to facilitateproduction,and the total floor area of the workshop is calculated to be 800m.Finally,thisdesign cost accounting,calculated the total cost is 6115151.56 yuan.Keywords:Motor junction box;Flame retardant modification;PPO/HIPS;Injectionmolding
