北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of annual output of15,000 tons of methyl methacrylateAbstractChina is the world's second largest producer and consumer ofmethyl methacrylate.Although the overall domestic organic raw materials have been sluggish in recent years,the economic benefits of methyl methacrylate are still relatively optimistic.Overall,domestic demand for methyl methacrylate still has room to increase in the next fewyears.In order to meet the market demand of methyl methacrylate,we need to researchand develop new technology of methyl methacrylate and expand production,so as toimprove the core competitiveness of domestic methyl methacrylate.This design analyzes different technological routes,and finally uses industrial-grade isobutylene as the raw material to produce methyl methacrylate by catalyticoxidation.The process route is mainly divided into three sections:direct oxidationsection,oxidized ester chemical section,and refining section.This process not onlyuses raw materials efficiently,but is also environmentally friendly and has gooddevelopment prospects.Perform material balance on the production process to determine the consumptionof raw materials and actual output of main and by-products;determine the compositionof each substance in each section,and summarize the material balance of differentsections in the form of a table.Determine the equipment size and ancillary equipmentthrough heat calculation.After completing the process calculation,draw the PFD,PID,workshop layout and plant layout of the process.Keywords:Methyl methacrylate;isobutylene;process route;Aspen;rectificationtower
