AbstractAs the only landscape water body in Ningde Normal University,Qinhu Lake plays animportant role in the campus environment beautification and ecological maintenance.Thedeterioration of water quality will directly affect the work and study of all teachers andstudents.In order to investigate the temporal and spatial changes of phytoplankton in Qinhu lake,six sites were sampled in summer and autumn 2019 respectively.The results are as follows:atotal of 26 species belonging to 19 genera and 5 phyla of phytoplankton were identified.Celldensity distribution:in summer(2.98×108±1.30×108 cells/L)>in autumn(1.35×108±6.87×107 cells/L),biomass::in summer(14.79±7.76mg/L)>in autumn(11.6±7.73 mg/L);the main dominant species is Euglena the diversity index of phytoplankton is low,indicating that the stability of floating plants in Qinhu lake is poor.The correlation analysisbetween phytoplankton and environmental factors shows that temperature,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen and electrical conductivity are the main factors affecting phytoplankton celldensity in Qinhu lake.This study reveals the structural characteristics of phytoplankton in QinhuLake in summer and autumn,and provides basic data reference for water quality control ofQinhu lakeKey words:Qinhu Lake;phytoplankton;environmental factors;water quality目录
