北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 10000 tons of xuan rice tea soy milk ice creamfactory designAbstractXuanmi tea bean milk ice cream is a kind of frozen food which has certain health care effectand unique flavor by replacing some milk powder with soybean powder and sweetener insteadof sucrose.The design improves the health care function of ice cream by reducing the contentof fat in ice cream,replacing sucrose with oligosaccharide and sorbitol,adding Xuanmi teajuice containing tea polyphenols,adding flavor of ice cream,which is of great significance tohuman dietary balance.Through reasonable process flow and workshop layout design,theannual production of 10000 tons of Xuanmi tea bean milk ice cream is completed.Carry outmaterial accounting,equipment selection and cost estimation according to production processand objectives,and minimize energy consumption and pollution based on selection andestimation.Keywords:polyphenols;oligosaccharide soybean powder;Factory Design
