北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of tea oil factory with annual output of 3000 tonsAbstractThe tea oil in this design is a pure natural high-quality edible vegetable oil.The design of this factory is based on the comparison of various productionprocesses,and finally chose the cold pressing method as the production process ofthis design.The advantage is that it can avoid the oil material being steamed andfried at high temperature,losing nutrients,and retaining the bioactive substancesto the greatest extent.The whole process uses physical methods,no chemicaladdition,and meets the standards of green food.According to the needs of theproduction capacity of each process,equipment selection is carried out,reasonable production equipment is selected,and then the layout of the workshopis optimized,so that the design cost of the factory is optimized and the benefitsare maximized.Keywords:tea oil;technological process;equipment selection;plant design.
