北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of a 2500 ton a L-malic acid fermentation plantAbstractThis design focuses on the basic production process of 2500 t/a L-malic acid plant.Atthe same time,the general layout of the plant,public works,environmental protection andcomprehensive utilization,industrial health and labor protection are comprehensivelysummarized in combination with the actual situation.The general layout of the plant area,L-malic acid production process flow chart and workshop process equipment layout plan aredesigned.M-malic acid was mainly produced by mutant Aspergillus flavus through directfermentation of sugar.With abundant raw materials,low production cost,high product safetyand strong market competitiveness,it is a production method with industrial applicationprospect.At the same time,compared with citric acid,L-malic acid has the characteristics ofhigh acidity,soft taste,unique fragrance and no damage to the mouth and teeth,which can beused as a substitute of citric acid.Citric acid not only plays an important role in food,but alsoin medicine to improve immunity,anti-cancer and other aspects,which are more inaudible.Atpresent,there are breakthroughs in bioengineering technology,and new application fields areexpanding.The demand for L-malic acid is increasing gradually.It is a promising productTherefore,we should vigorously develop the industrial production of L-malic acid.Keywords:L-malic acid;Aspergillus flavus;saccharin;direct fermentation;citric acid
