北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of 90 million medical protectivemasks annuallyAbstractAffected by the new crown epidemic,the demand for masks will continue to risein the next few years,Mask consumer groups are mainly ordinary consumers,medicalpersonnel and special industry personnel.According to the analysis of the performancecharacteristics of different masks on the market,the design of market masks is mainlybased on the research of industrial masks and medical masks.In this medical mask process flow,a brief introduction to the five major filtrationmechanisms of the mask is given.The technological process of disposable medicalmasks and N95 masks was analyzed.Because the annual output of disposable medicalmasks is 72 million,the annual output of N95 masks is 18 million,and the materialbalance is calculated based on the annual output of two types of masks,of which 118499are produced per batch of disposable medical masks,and each batch of N95 masksProduce 29625 pieces,and calculate the total amount of raw materials required forvarious types of masks.Five production lines are designed according to the production volume of eachtype of masks,including 2 disposable medical masks,1 N95 folding mask,2 cup masks,and equipment selection.In the design of the workshop,the factory area of 5000 squaremeters is designed and planned from the comprehensive consideration of output andmaximum utilization of space.According to the characteristics of the mask process,thethree wastes are treated reasonably.The final annual profit is estimated based on theannual output and cost.Keywords:Medical masks,Meltblown,N95 masks,Cup masks
