北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科毕业设计Annual output of 10000 tons of dried bean productsAbstractThe dried bean and its products in this design are multi flavor dried bean products.Collecting and consulting a large number of literature,this product uses membrane separationmethod on the basis of routine,and the best taste is 10 minutes immersion time.Theproduction equipment of dried bean products is selected through material calculation,rationalization plan,personnel flow chart and logistics chart,and production is arrangedaccording to the production plan.At the same time,in order to deal with waste,rational use ofokra and energy conservation and emission reduction.The design finally determines theproduct price by estimating the cost of equipment,raw materials and water and electricity.From the reality,the design of the plant not only saves the cost,but also has considerableeconomic benefits.Key words:dried bean products;material balance;equipment selection;factory design;membrane separation method
