北京理工大学珠海学院2016级本科生毕业设计Design of citric acid fermentation plantwith annual output of 6000 tonsAbstractCitric acid,is a kind of tricarboxylic acid compounds,easily soluble in water,non-toxic,odorless,with a strong acid taste,is an important,multi-functional organic acid,widely usedin food,medicine,chemical industry and other emerging fields.Total citric acid production in2015,our country has for the first time megaton,along with citric acid biologicalpolymerization,drug delivery and cell culture technology is widely used in the field ofemerging industry and chemical industry,the amount of citric acid production by 5%a year,the average speed of growth,is currently the world's second largest natural citric acidfermentation products production in the world after the production of alcohol.Therefore,thecitric acid market has great market development potential for the whole China and even theworld.This technology projects mainly adopts high quality corn as raw materials,mainly usingthe fermentation technology of corn mature liquefaction to slag,continues the aspergillus kindof liquefied corn fermentation,fermentation technology,maintain the current cornfermentation technology level,and because of corn residue and aspergillus by-products to thecomprehensive utilization of slag,reduce the production cost.In addition,the raw materialused in this design is high-quality corn starch,which can reduce the discharge of industrialwaste water and reduce the pollutant content of industrial waste residue.This design USES the"suction method"to extract citric acid.The advantage of the method is that it can make theproduct extraction rate has been improved,product quality has also been improved.This design is the annual output of 6000 tons of citric acid fermentation factories design,according to the selected process route,on the material balance,heat balance,water balanceand energy balance,and the equipment selection and economic benefit analysis,also made thefactory site plan,process flow diagram,schematic diagram and the fermentor workshop floorplan.After accounting,the project can produce 6,000 tons of citric acid,2,400 tons of corn
