peel by ultrasonic assisted extraction was determined.The effects of fivefactors,such as solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic extractiontime,temperature and power,on the extraction rate of flavonoids wereinvestigated.The optimized process parameters were as follows:ethanolconcentration was 90%,solid-liquid ratio was 1:60,ultrasonic extractionpower was 240 W,temperature was 50'C,time was 70 minutes,and thehighest content of flavonoids in the pericarp of passion fruit wasobtained,which was 3.79%.This experiment determined the best extractiontechnology of Flavonoids from the pericarp of thymus by ultrasonic assistedextraction,and provided the basis for the further development and utilizationof the pericarp of thymus.Key words:Passion fruit peel;ultrasonic extraction;flavonoids目录
