文化视角下家族企业治理结构的国际比较研究

AbstractJapan and Chinese culture are inextricably related,but the developmentof Chinese and Japanese family businesses is quite different.In terms of theaverage life span of enterprises and internal management of enterprises,Chinese family businesses are slightly inferior to Japanese family businessesAfter years of development,Japanese family businesses have crossed a lifecycle and formed their own unique and stable governance structure.Thechoice of governance structure of family business in different countriesimplies certain cultural background.The development of China's familybusiness affects the growth of China's GDP,so it is of great significance todialectical grasp the problems and Countermeasures in the development ofChina's family business governance structure from the perspective of culturalcharacteristics.Under the national cultural background,enterprises will form a uniquecorporate governance structure.By studying the theory of cultural dimension.equity balance theory,etc.,reading a large number of domestic and foreignliterature on the impact of different national governance structures from thecultural perspective,mining the differences between Chinese and Japanesecultural characteristics,and using cultural characteristics to the equitystructure,enterprise management rights,and corporate transmission in thecorporate governance structure of China and Japan Compared with theinfluence of the three aspects of inheritance model,this paper analyzes thedevelopment problems of Chinese family business,such as the concentrationof equity,the main control of management right in the hands of familybusiness owners,and the main development of family inheritance,and putsforward targeted suggestions.From the perspective of culture and therelationship between family business governance structure,this study drawslessons from the successful way of Japanese family business foundation toprovide enlightenment for the transformation of family business governancestructure in China,and has certain guiding significance for its healthy,benignand sustainable development.Key words:Family Business:governance structure:Culture
