中小企业跨境电子商务开拓中的物流模式选择研究

Abstract:.With the steady development of the domestic economy,many smalland medium-sized enterprises can also obtain greater market prospects in thisenvironment.With the help of e-commerce technology to expand the business ofenterprises to foreign countries,not only makes such enterprises increasinglycompetitive in the international market,but also enables more and more small andmedium-sized enterprises to turn from offline to online,and start the development ofimport and export trade.At the same time,the choice of cross-border logistics hasbecome an important choice for the development of enterprises.In the operation ofcross-border e-commerce,enterprises have to face a variety of outstanding problems,such as difficult to guarantee the delivery date,the whole logistics process can not beeffectively monitored and so on.Combined with the author's knowledge ofcross-border e-commerce,this paper studies the logistics mode selection of small andmedium-sized enterprises in cross-border e-commerce development,so as to improvethe logistics efficiency,improve the distribution system,and promote the developmentof cross-border e-commerce business.Key words:SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises):cross-bordere-commerce;Cross-border Logistics Gleason;Logistics mode selection Gleason2
