Analysis on Cash Holding of Enterprises in GEMFrom The Perspective of Emergency-Take New Century Education as an ExampleAbstractOver the past few years,scholars in the academic circle are red faced with arguments over thephenomenon that cash is controlled by gem enterprises.China's gem enterprises have strong cashgrowth and high holding level,but at the same time,they also have the problem of high risk.Howto make rational use of cash and avoid wasting cash resources has become a key concem ofenterprises.In order to analyze this problem,from the perspective of emergencies,enrich andexpand the content and ideas of cash management of GEM companies,the analysis of cashholdings of GEM companies has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,New Century Education as an example,through the analysis of its existing cashholding behavior,the introduction of GEM cash holding and other concepts to provide a basis foranalysis.First,gem corporate cash holdings by a large collection of literature on relevant researchresults at home and abroad to sort and summarize,analyze the related theoretical basis,and thenfrom the incident Angle,to kai yuan education on the basis of the financial data from 2016 to 2020,using financial analysis method split yuan education involves the cash holdings of comparativestudy on the financial situation analysis,For kai yuan education of cash holdings under theemergency situation was summarized and analyzed,found kaiyuan education under the incidentAngle of the problem of cash holdings,the corresponding cash holdings of cash reserves,was nowability,ability to raise funds problems were analyzed,and finally put forward to strengthen cashmanagement,open online education platform and improve the operation and management systemto solve kaiyuan education advice cash holdings,The paper concludes that emergencies are relatedto GEM enterprises'cash holdings,and improves the reasonable use of cash by GEM enterprises,so as to improve the ratio of cash use and promote the development of vocational educationindustry and enterprises.2
