Research on financial support countermeasures for the construction of Shaanxi Free Trade ZoneResearch on financial support countermeasures for the construction ofShaanxi Free Trade ZoneABSTRACTWith China's accession to the RCEP free trade agreement,the member states havepromised to reduce tariffs,open markets and reduce trade barriers.The global free tradeand multilateral trade system have been continuously strengthened,providing goodinternational conditions for the construction of domestic free trade zones.As the first freetrade zone in Northwest China,Shaanxi free trade zone will have a profound impact onthe economic development of Xi'an and its surrounding areas.At the same time,theestablishment of the free trade zone will bring more positive effects to Shaanxi,which islocated in the inland and lacks sufficient geographical advantages.It will open a newwindow for Shaanxi's opening to the outside world,and also bring new opportunities forShaanxi's comprehensive deepening of reform,economic upgrading and transformation.Based on the systematic summary of the theoretical and empirical research results ofrelevant experts and scholars,this paper draws on the important theories and thinks aboutthem,puts forward the relevant financial support theories and Countermeasures ofShaanxi Free Trade Zone,and points out some problems existing in the financial supportof Shaanxi free trade zone at present.On this basis,this paper studies how Shaanxi FreeTrade Zone seizes the opportunity under the existing conditions to strengthen financialsupport and innovation.Based on the unique characteristics of Shaanxi Free Trade Zone,this paper analyzes the current situation of its three main areas,and summarizes therelevant policies and measures that have a far-reaching impact on the development ofShaanxi free trade zone.Finally,this paper puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures on how to promote the financial and economic development of Shaanxifree trade zone and accelerate the economic transformation and upgrading of ShaanxiProvince,so as to play a greater role of Shaanxi free trade zone.Keywords:Free trade zone;Financial support;System innovation
