AbstractSince the 1990s,China and foreign countries began to pay attention to the exchange rate of RMB.In addition,after the financial crisis,the RMB exchange rate changes more frequently,and the appreciation speed is faster.By 2020,the RMB will haveappreciated 5.2 percent against the dollar.The constant change of the RMB exchangerate has had a profound impact on many economic variables.To a certain extent,ithas brought pressure to China's enterprises,especially China's foreign trade enterprises,which are more affected,so that China's enterprises can not make the corresponding countermeasures in time in the development.In addition,many enterprises are not aware of the exchange rate risk Weak awareness,lack of risk management ability and otherissues,which make the development of enterprises more difficult in the process of RMB exchange rate changes.Therefore,this paper makes a detailed study on the impact of RMB exchange rate changes on Shenzhen enterprises,and proposes some solutions according to the adverse impact of RMB exchange rate changes on the operation and management of Shenzhen enterprises,so that Shenzhen enterprises,especially foreign trade enterprises to solve the cost management,further promote the rapid and stable development of Shenzhen enterprises.Key words:RMB exchange rate currency risk export-oriented enterprise
