北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn the face of the problem of increasing urbanization and motorization in China,it isurgent for China to take certain measures to solve this problem.There have been researcheson public transport-oriented urban land development (TOD)in China.However,comparedwith other developed countries,there are few exact case studies on TOD in China,and theresearch on TOD development in China is still in the stage of theory rather than practice,andits operability is not strong Learning about the TOD mode home and abroad is presented inthis paper,on the basis of the research achievements of TOD mode development policy andeconomic environment in China is analyzed,and the cadre hub international projects in casestudies,this project is a large transport hub project,has nine orbit transportation,is located inthe large bay,the geographical position is very superior,government support,has greatdevelopment potential,this is the advantage of this project,Due to the late completion time ofthe project,certain market cultivation period is required,which is the disadvantage of theproject.The development potential of the project is great.With the implementation ofGuangZhou's eastward development plan and the gradual improvement of the construction ofrail station,ZengCheng will become the new center of GuangZhou's development.The threatof the project is that there is a wanda commercial plaza 7.3km away from the project.In thefuture,it may have a certain diversion effect on the passenger flow of cadre impression city,asimilar mall in ITC project,and affect the profit of the project.This paper provides a referencefor China's TOD development model.Keywords:TOD mode Public transport Urban planningⅢ
