本科论文AbstractWith the continuous optimization and upgrading of the social market structure,thenew-generation employees have continuously entered the labor market and gradually becomethe main labor force..Based on this,this article focuses on the management of the newgeneration of employees as the main research content,and takes a county-level TV station as aresearch case to analyze and study the management problems of the new generation ofemployees at the county-level TV station.Propose a solution.In order to explain the research content of this article more clearly,this article is dividedinto five parts:Chapter One Introduction.The introduction part mainly introduces the researchbackground and significance of this article,and briefly introduces the management issues ofthe new generation of employees in this article.Chapter 2,the concept and characteristics ofemployee management.This part mainly explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basisof this article.Including the concept and characteristics of employee management,the basictheory of human resource management and so on.Chapter III,the analysis of the growthenvironment and characteristics of the new generation of employees.This part will combinethe growth environment of the new generation of employees and analyze the workcharacteristics of the new generation of employees due to the growth environment from twoperspectives:macro growth environment and micro growth environment.The fourth chapter isthe overview of human resource management of county-level TV stations.This part is a caseanalysis based on the previous analysis results.Taking county-level TV stations as the researchobject,it first analyzes the county-level TV station's human resource management profile,andthen analyzes the management issues of the new-generation employees of the county-level TVstation from the perspective of human resource management system,incentivemechanism,training methods and career planning Correspondingly,this article believes that thereasons for the management problems of the new generation of employees includemanagement concepts,the lack of effective incentive mechanisms,the lack of a reasonabletraining plan,and the lack of guidance for the career planning of the new generation ofemployees.The fifth chapter is to improve the management of the new generation of
