本科论文关键词:薪酬满意度:公平;组织文化AbstractWith the rapid development of science and technology and the globalization of economy,the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition for talents.In additionto increasing sales and improving quality,there is another important factor:talent andinnovation.Talent can bring fresh blood and new ideas for the enterprise,thus bringing higherprofits for the enterprise.So it is of paramount importance to retain high-tech talents.Goodcompensation management system will be the key to solve the problem,according to Maslow'sdemand theory,people have needs,if the higher level of demand can not be met,the lower level ofdemand will be more intense.The wages and benefits given to employees to meet the needs ofemployees,increase employee satisfaction,improve the enthusiasm of employees.In this paper,the investigation of Shenyang Deouni Color Culture Media Co.,Ltd..In thepay system,there are defects,resulting in low employee satisfaction,increased the turnover rate.Inorder to study the reasons for the low salary satisfaction of Shenyang Deounicai Culture Media Co.,Ltd.and put forward solutions,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire,from salarydistribution satisfaction,salary level satisfaction,salary promotion satisfaction,four environmentalsatisfaction questionnaires were designed.This paper will analyze the questionnaire,and then,according to the actual situation of Shenyang Deouni Color Culture Media Co.,Ltd.First of all,improve the performance appraisal system,so that the content of the assessment can be linked to theactual rather than divorced from the actual;to listen to the staffs suggestions two-waycommunication;distribution should be fair,supervision should be responsible for supervision;sound incentive system,material and spiritual aspects should be taken into account;Finally,havethe right organizational values.Key words:Employee compensation satisfaction;fairness;organizational culture
