本科论文AbstractWith the sustained rapid development of the economy,the payment industry hasslowly entered every household,convenient and fast,but the competition is also moreand more fierce.As the first resource in the competitive market,talents also play animportant role in the development of enterprises.Especially for minkang technologysuch as small enterprises,talent demand is imminent.The primary task of talent recruitment is to recruit talents for the enterprises thatpromote their development.Talent selection must be decided according to thedevelopment needs of the enterprise and the actual work content of the enterprise.Theefficiency of talent recruitment is crucial to the development of enterprises.How toreduce the input cost and improve the quality of talent recruitment is a more importantissue for enterprises.This paper probes into the specific ways to improve theeffectiveness of enterprise talent recruitment.Compared with large enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises haveinherent disadvantages in talent attraction and are more difficult to recruit.Firstly,thispaper starts with the research status and methods of the effectiveness of recruitment athome and abroad,and makes clear the flow of ideas and shortcomings in therecruitment work.Secondly,the development of minkang electronic technologycompany and human resource management are expounded.Based on relevant literature and theories,this paper summarizes the effectivenessof recruitment of domestic and foreign enterprises,discusses the status quo ofminkang technology and small and medium-sized enterprises,and combined with theactual situation,puts forward minkang technology in the recruitment problems,analyzes the causes of the problems and some Suggestions.At the same time,thepaper puts forward some improvement measures for the recruitment of minkangtechnology.Finally,the research results are summarized and the future direction ofrecruitment is forecasted.Key words:recruitment effectiveness;Human resource planning;Recruitmentchannels
