AbstractIn recent years,the real estate intermediary industry has been rapid development,but in the high-speed development of the real estate intermediary industry enterprisesface some pressure has also become more evident as the increasingly fiercecompetition in the market,customers demand more difficult to grasp,thehomogeneity of products and marketing means of serious,high customer complaints,the leading position in the market customers increasingly obvious.When the realestate intermediary's products,technological innovation and marketing means aredifficult to maintain a long time advantage,many real estate intermediary enterprisesbegin to attach importance to customers,improve customer relationship managementto a strategic height,and seek the competitive advantage of"customer"as the core.This paper first introduces the theory of customer relationship management,andanalyzes the relevance and importance of customer relationship management and realestate intermediary industry,and then to Rongqiao Yi Ju Home Community ServiceCo.Ltd.as an example,introduces the implementation of customer relationshipmanagement and related problems,and finally proposes some related in the past,tosolve the corresponding problems,hope the research for China's real estateintermediary companies has a role in the development of customer relationshipmanagement.Key words:real estate intermediary industry;real estate agent;CustomerRelationship Management2
