广东东软学院本科生毕业设计(论文)AbstractThe people take food as the heaven.In recent years,with the continuous decrease ofbusiness banquets,the market of medium and high-end catering enterprises in China hasshrunk rapidly.Mass catering seizes the opportunity to head up and develop rapidly;but ithas ushered in a situation of increasingly fierce competition,and mass catering urgentlyneeds to find a new development direction.With the rapid development of mass catering,the takeaway industry has also developed rapidly with the rise of the mobile Internet,andit has gradually become a major help for the catering market.Based on the research of alarge number of documents and theories,this paper analyzes the characteristics ofHaidilao takeaway and the current status and characteristics of public food delivery.Then,combined with the theory of service innovation,it proposes how to improve the fooddelivery service innovation strategy.Key Words:Haidilao:takeaway:consumer:innovate:Public catering
