本科论文关键词:C企业:人力资源;招聘管理Abstract"Development is the first priority,and this is a country in order to stand out from the restof the world,it must improve its competitiveness,and it is also the creed of the enterprise tobecome a modern enterprise..In the 21st century today,the competition for talents amongenterprises is very fierce,so if enterprises want to develop,they must improve theircompetitiveness.In the final analysis,the competition between enterprises is the competitionof talents.The quality of talents determines the results of competition to a large extent.Enterprises have various problems in the recruitment of talents,making the problem ofcorporate recruitment difficult.In order to achieve long-term development,enterprises mustsolve the problem of recruitment.By continuously improving their effectiveness in recruiting,they can also improve the competitiveness of talent recruitment.The research in this paper is devoted to understanding the current situation of the talentrecruitment problem of Chengdu Times Zhiyun Technology Co.,Ltd.,finding problems inpractice,and proposing optimization measures based on the problems.Through optimizationmeasures,the company's personnel recruitment efficiency is improved,so that the companycan get the right talents,thereby enhancing the company's competitiveness,and making thecompany in an invincible position in the fierce market competition.Based on the currentsituation of the company's human resources,this paper combines the literature researchmethod and the combination of theory and practice to analyze the company's recruitmentmanagement problems in depth and find out the existing recruitment problems.The researchfound that the company's recruitment work has the following problems:lack of humanresources planning;recruitment channels are limited;lack of clear job analysis and therecruitment process is not standardized.These problems hinder the development ofenterprises.How should an enterprise improve the problems in recruitment management?Formulate the goals and principles of recruitment management;formulate human resourceplanning;optimize the recruitment process and channels,create a recruitment system fortalents;conduct job analysis;and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment as a solution to theproblem.
