AbstractWith the rapid development of electronic information technology,theproportion of electronic commerce in the development of enterprises is moreand more prominent.E-commerce is mainly based on:the Internet'se-commerce Enterprise Strategy,management thinking,informationtechnology,which not only changed the way people consume,change themarketing model of enterprises,even in the enterprise production plays animportant role.E-commerce provides a broad platform for the development ofour major enterprises,and plays an important role in the prosperity andstability of society,in particular,it has played an important role in invigoratingthe market,increasing tax revenue and resettling employment.E-commercehas changed management patterns,enriched inter-firm trade,promotedcorporate division and cooperation,and promoted corporate restructuring,according to a study by the OECD,enterprise e-commerce has changed theeconomic activities and social environment found that e-commerce is theproduct of modern civilization,the author will shift the perspective to themacro-direction,so that the core value of enterprises to improve,promote theimplementation of enterprise e-commerce development.Through reading alarge number of literature,rooted in the current development of e-commerce athome and abroad,the use of SPSS analysis software,questionnaires andother means,from the enterprise development path,the value creationprocess,the development four stages two times,affects the development thewebsite factor and so on aspect,analyzes the research each kind of modelutilization,this paper is mainly based on the tools such as CNKI for retrieval,analysis of enterprise e-commerce model characteristics and obstacles.I hopethis study can provide more aspects of the use of enterprise e-commerceideas.Keywords:Enterprise,e-commerce,model research
