Enterprise Strategy under the Background of Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area Research on the Relationshipwith Organizational ChangeAbstractEach enterprise has its own unique strategic model,and it is correct to choose the right strategy ororganizational form.On the theoretical level,the organizational structure of enterprises has no unifiedadvantages and disadvantages,according to the enterprise's environment and size and other aspects of thedifference.The situation of an enterprise will be affected by social factors,environmental factors,enterprise scale,internal and extemal environment of the enterprise,differences among managers andother factors,so it is necessary to select the most appropriate organizational structure form by integratingall the influencing factors.In recent years,under the promotion of policies,bay area city clusters have promoted the strategicdevelopment,openness and cooperation of various cities.Under the favorable national pattern of "onecountry,two systems",the innovation of constructing the organizational mechanism of the bay area bymaking use of the free and open economic systems of Hong Kong and Macao leads the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao greater bay area city cluster to the world.Based on the policies of the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao greater bay area,this paper studies the relationship between enterprise strategy andorganizational change through the strategic changes of urban agglomeration in recent years,and proposesstrategic innovation and organizational change optimization.The study of this paper has certain referencefunction to the development strategy and organization of enterprises in the future,and has positivepractical significance.Key Words:Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area;corporate strategy;organizationalchange;relationship research
