日资银行在华经营现状及发展战略研究—以S银行为例

Research on the Current Situation and DevelopmentStrategy of Japanese-funded Banks in China-TakingS Bank as an ExampleAbstractWith the continuous opening up of China's financial markets,more and more foreignbanks enter China.Since reform and opening up,the number,scale and scope of foreignbanks operating in China have been expanding,and foreign banks have become animportant development force in China's financial market.Among them,Japanese-fundedbanks are also an important part of foreign banks.At the same time,the economicenvironment is not clear and Sino-Japanese relations are relatively unstable.Under suchcircumstances,how should Japanese banks make full use of the development opportunitiesbrought by the opening of financial markets and maintain their sustainable development inChina in combination with their own advantages will be an important issue for Japanese.This paper,from the perspective of Japanese-funded banks,taking S banks as anexample,systematically analyzes and studies the development of S banks in China throughthe combination of literature research and case analysis,and relying on SWOT analysistools.First of all,this paper summarizes the following customer theory,strategic goalselection theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper,summarizes and evaluates the research of foreign banks entering China,and establishes areference system for the research of this paper.Secondly,from the development process,development characteristics,business situation and other aspects,comprehensive analysisof the development of S banks in China.On the basis of summarizing the opportunities andthreats,advantages and disadvantages of S banks,using SWOT analysis tools to analyzethe external and internal environment of S banks'development in China,and using theanalysis matrix to obtain the strategic choice ofS banks'development in China.Keywords:Japanese banks;operating status;development strategy;countermeasure;S bank训
