AbstractWith the deepening of China's rural aging,the land-based family pension model in China'srural areas is facing greater difficulties.In order to meet the needs of the society,as soon aspossible to build a coordinated basic security system framework,improve the new ruralcooperative medical system,improve the rural pension insurance system,and ensure that ruralpensions are funded,systematic,Supported to form a comprehensive social security work.Guided by a variety of discipline theories such as agricultural economics,agroecologicaleconomics,and agricultural policy,this article comprehensively uses research methods such assurvey methods,comprehensive literature research methods,interdisciplinary research methods,and statistical analysis methods to focus on the new rural areas in China.Relevant concepts andconnotations of the social old-age security system,focusing on the current situation of China'snew rural social old-age security system,specifically analyzed the main problems in the currentutilization process,analyzed the main factors that caused the problems,and finally aimed atChina's new rural social old-age security system The specific problems in the establishment putforward personal views and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.It is necessary to improve rural old-age security from three aspects:rural land circulationreform,improvement of the rural social old-age security system and construction of ruralcommunity old-age care institutions.Key words:Rural land transfer reform,Rural social endowment securitysystem,Rural community pension institutions
