宁波舟山港物流发展现状及竞争力分析Analysis on Logistics Development Status and Competitiveness ofNingbo Zhoushan PortAbstractPort logistics is a hot topic frequently mentioned by scholars in the past 100 years.Thereason why it has become a hot topic is that with the economic globalization,the development ofports has a greater impact on the growth of economic level.As the most important embodimentof comprehensive national strength,the economic strength makes the development of portlogistics receive much attention.From the initial understanding of the factors affecting thedevelopment of the port,to the preliminary establishment of the port research system,using avariety of scientific methods to evaluate the competitiveness of port logistics.Then,according tothe evaluation results,the strategy is formulated to further promote the development of portlogistics.Ningbo Zhoushan port is second only to Shanghai port in China.Its current situation,including advantages and existing problems,is of great reference value to the domestic portsystem research,and can even be used as a typical example for research and analysis.Therefore,it is of great significance to integrate and analyze the logistics development status of NingboZhoushan port,evaluate and analyze the competitiveness by using relevant methods,and putforward countermeasures to improve the logistics competitiveness.Based on this,this paper uses the theory of logistics management to explore the topic.Thefirst part of this paper defines and expounds the port logistics and factor analysis theory,anddescribes the concept and steps of factor analysis in detail.The second part introduces the currentsituation of Ningbo Zhoushan port from two aspects:advantages and disadvantages.Theadvantages are divided into hard power and soft power;The disadvantages are the existingproblems of Ningbo Zhoushan port,including the container throughput needs to be improved,the comprehensive service level of the port is not high and the high-end service industry isbackward.In the third part,nine indicators are selected,including the total number of berths,cargo throughput and GDP of the port city;Ten ports including Tianjin port,Shanghai port andShenzhen port are selected.In the evaluation of logistics competitiveness,based on factoranalysis,it is concluded that there are some problems in Ningbo Zhoushan port,such asinsufficient economic development level,insufficient development space and insufficientdevelopment potential.The last part puts forward feasible countermeasures to improvecompetitiveness.Key words:Port Logistics,Logistics Competitiveness,Ningbo Zhoushan Port,FactorAnalysis
