北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生半业论文AbstractAs a brand new way of engineering construction organization,EPC general contractingmode is more and more favored by enterprises due to its advantages of design-led and mutualcoordination among design,procurement and construction stages.In addition,under thestrong support of national policies,the development of EPC project cost managementimplementation has also obtained more practical opportunities.However,there are lots ofrisks during the implementation of the EPC project,such as not closely combined with thedesign and construction,once appear problem,can reduce the economic benefits ofenterprises,this paper first briefly describes the theory overview of EPC,and on this basis todeeply explore the EPC project cost management,they are mainly from the design stage,construction stage and completion stage,etc were analyzed,and finally to hengqin sciencecity issue of foundation pit supporting and earthwork excavation project engineering case tocombine theory with practice,standing on the contractor management point of view,under theEPC in different stages of the project construction cost management way,After clarifying thecost management idea of EPC project,the control measures are explored and studied to makethe project a complete success.Keywords:EPC Project construction EPC cost managem
