北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生半业论文AbstractIn recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and society and thegradual improvement of residents'living standards,people's demand for housing is increasingday by day.Real estate development investment can help investors obtain considerableeconomic benefits.However,as a high-risk project,real estate development investment hasvarious risks lurking in the development investment process,such as the regulation of nationalpolicies and the intervention of the social environment.These factors will lead to manyunknowns in the development process of real estate projects.There are different types of risks,and if they are not dealt with in time,they will bring huge losses to the developers.Therefore,risk management research is required before real estate development investment.However,asthe risk management of real estate projects in China is still in its infancy,many developershave not paid enough attention to the risk management awareness of real estate projects.Therefore,how to reduce the risk of real estate investment in the process of real estatedevelopment and investment has become our primary research problem.This paper clarifies the basic risk types and conventional countermeasures in real estateprojects through literature research methods.The research and analysis of the West CityQingyuntai real estate project case,the risk of the West City Qingyuntai project is dividedaccording to the development stage,and the risk of the real estate project is identified andevaluated,and the different types of real estate projects exist And different levels of risk,tailored the corresponding risk countermeasures.Keywords:Real estate development;project risk management;risk identification;riskassessmentI
